Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

  • Input and categorize invoices
  • Oversee cash disbursements, subcontractor insurance, 1099 forms, and use tax submissions

Accounts Receivable:

  • Generate invoices and change orders
  • Manage collections and cash inflows

Payroll:

  • Administer weekly payroll for owners, administrative staff, and laborers via direct deposit
  • Handle payroll taxes, tax filings, W-2 forms, new employee onboarding, and benefits administration

General Ledger:

  • Supervise internal financial statements, including journal entries
  • Reconcile intercompany accounts
  • Present financial reports to financial institutions and CPA firms

Property Management:

  • Conduct financial reporting for all rental properties

Cash Management:

  • Address financial inquiries and support decision-making for ownership

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in accounting, ideally within a comparable sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • High accuracy in data entry
  • Familiarity with Sage software and capability to produce reports for operational effectiveness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong integrity, trustworthiness, and reliability
  • Self-driven and committed to professional development

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary starting at $65,000-$85,000 based on experience
  • Medical insurance with a 25% employee contribution
