Position Summary

The Member Sales Associate (MSA) plays a vital role in our organization, working closely with management to expand our membership base. This involves attracting potential clients to the studio, scheduling introductory sessions, and converting leads into new members. The MSA also fosters relationships with current members, supporting their fitness journeys.

Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in a membership-driven environment, such as wellness centers, boutique fitness studios, or recreational clubs.
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
  • A genuine passion for wellness and an engaging, friendly demeanor are required.
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to drive membership sales and retail transactions.
  • Familiarity with studio management software for membership processing and sales tracking is beneficial.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Occasional travel for promotional events may be necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm, creating a positive atmosphere.
  • Manage check-ins and schedule future appointments for clients.
  • Engage with each visitor to assess their stretching needs and goals, relaying this information to the Flexologist.
  • Assist management in the sales process, including lead generation, follow-ups, and member retention.
  • Book and confirm introductory sessions for potential members.
  • Present membership options to prospective clients.
  • Follow up with leads and support member retention efforts.
  • Maintain a personal sales production level that meets company standards.
  • Participate in community events to promote the studio.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic presence on social media to support StretchLab's brand.
  • Assist with daily operations, including cleanliness and safety protocols.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
