Position Overview:
The Supply Chain Operations Manager is tasked with directing and supervising the overall logistics and supply chain framework of the organization to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

This role is pivotal in fostering and sustaining robust partnerships with suppliers and distributors.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the comprehensive supply chain strategy.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service departments.
  • Establish essential supply chain performance indicators.
  • Propose enhancements for process optimization.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks promptly.
  • Mentor and assess the performance of the supply chain team.
  • Engage with finance, sales, and production teams to select optimal vendors and distributors.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and integrate best practices.
  • Oversee negotiations with suppliers to achieve quality, delivery, and cost targets.
  • Implement innovative supply chain processes to boost efficiency.

The annual salary range for this position is between $70,000.00 and $130,000.00, with additional compensation opportunities available.


Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, coupled with 2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or transportation, or 4 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in fleet management, dispatch, or network analysis is advantageous.

Advanced degrees in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain are preferred.

Certification in Six Sigma is a plus.
