Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support the success of our customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Design and deliver instructor-led training sessions, including course materials and assessments
  • Provide subject matter expertise to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop training plans to meet customer requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, training, or a technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development, with a focus on customer-facing training
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience working with adult learners and developing training programs for technical audiences
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Experience with training management systems and learning management systems
