Job OverviewAt Orangetheory - Franchise #0141, we're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our brand, and contributing to the growth and success of our fitness community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage with members, providing a warm and welcoming environment
  • Present the Orangetheory concept to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our unique fitness approach
  • Work at the front desk, handling phone calls, member inquiries, and other tasks
  • Conduct studio tours, highlighting the features and amenities of our facility
  • Collaborate with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Sell memberships, promoting our brand and driving revenue growth
  • Follow up with prospective clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
  • Address member concerns in a professional and objective manner, striving for resolution
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events, representing our brand and building relationships with the community
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a safe and healthy space for our members

  • 4:30am-1pm (Monday-Friday)
