Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage with members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, showcasing the benefits and unique features of our studio.
  • Work at the front desk, handling phone calls, responding to member inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks.
  • Provide studio tours, highlighting the amenities and services offered by our studio.
  • Collaborate with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Sell memberships and promote our studio's services to help drive growth and revenue.
  • Follow up with prospective clients, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events, helping to promote our studio and build relationships with the community.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for members and guests.
