As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring their financial needs are met, and building strong relationships with our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members with financial products and services in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Establish new membership and seek to maximize product and service usage with new and existing members.
  • Perform duties and responsibilities related to opening and processing changes on various account types, including certificate accounts, savings accounts, IRA accounts, legal accounts, and checking accounts.
  • Complete efficient and accurate performance of teller functions, including receiving share deposits and loan payments, processing cash advances, official checks, money orders, and other financial transactions.
  • Monitor deposit amounts and examine documents for endorsement and negotiability.
  • Maintain timely and regular attendance to meet member needs, adapt to change, and prioritize and manage multiple demands.
  • Model Hiway Federal CU's core values and service expectations, meet scorecard performance goals, and adhere to current and/or future policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Member service skills.
  • Well-organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as a member of a team.

  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and XP2.
