Job Summary

MidWestOne Bank is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling financial products and services to clients through our Broker-Dealer, LPL Financial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Analyze client financial data to develop personalized financial plans and recommendations.
  • Sell financial products and services, including mutual funds, insurance, and annuity products.
  • Collaborate with the MidWestOne Private Wealth Team and other departments to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of post-high school education and related work experience.
  • 1-2 years of direct sales experience in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to source new business leads and follow-through to the sale.
  • Series 7/66 required.
