Financial Services Representative

MidWestOne Bank is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling financial products and services to clients through our Broker-Dealer, LPL Financial.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Analyze client financial data to develop personalized financial plans and recommendations.
- Sell financial products and services, including mutual funds, insurance, and annuity products.
- Collaborate with the MidWestOne Private Wealth Team and other departments to deliver exceptional client service.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of post-high school education and related work experience.
- 1-2 years of direct sales experience in the financial services industry.
