As a Luxury Residential Services Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to manage the amenity facilities, ensuring that residents receive outstanding service and support.
Core Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in visitors.
- Provide a warm greeting to residents and their guests.
- Uphold and enforce amenity guidelines and policies.
- Assist residents and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all amenity areas.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Physical capability to stand and walk for extended durations.
- Successful completion of a background screening.
