Position Overview

As a Luxury Residential Services Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to manage the amenity facilities, ensuring that residents receive outstanding service and support.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check in visitors.
  • Provide a warm greeting to residents and their guests.
  • Uphold and enforce amenity guidelines and policies.
  • Assist residents and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all amenity areas.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times.
  • Physical capability to stand and walk for extended durations.
  • Successful completion of a background screening.
