Key Responsibilities
"Our mission is to enhance customers' experiences, sell apparel, and foster a fun environment"
- Motivate, nurture, and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
- Uphold high standards of customer service throughout the store and among the team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers
- Promote suggestive selling techniques to optimize revenue
- Oversee inventory management and restock the sales floor as necessary
- Ensure the store and merchandise meet Normal Brand's standards for cleanliness
- Provide constructive feedback on product performance to the Store Manager
- Mentor and develop team members through effective communication
- Educate and train the team on product knowledge
- Assist the Store Manager in various business operations
- Foster a respectful and communicative work environment
- Responsible for store security
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in retail apparel
- Willingness to learn from feedback and tackle challenges in a dynamic setting
- Experience with inventory management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Team-oriented, enjoys the work environment, and takes initiative
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Data-driven, competitive, and maintains a positive attitude
- Approachable and friendly demeanor
- Strong understanding of retail business principles
- Commitment to inventory accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- 38-40 hours per week to maintain full-time status
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience in retail
- Background in the fashion/apparel industry
- Passion for customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with Shopify and Shopify POS
- High level of integrity
- Excellent sense of style
- Self-awareness and humility
- Driven and eager to learn
