Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the integrity and uniformity of analytical data and conduct cross-study evaluations across multiple projects.
  • Facilitate the generation of statistical outputs (e.g., tables, figures, and listings) for study documentation and integrated summaries.
  • Proactively identify analytical issues based on prior experience and expertise.
  • Utilize internal macros or develop SAS macros to streamline study deliverables.
  • Collaborate with bioinformatics, biomarker scientists, and data management teams to ensure the efficient and high-quality production of analytical datasets and statistical outputs for biomarker analysis reports.
  • Contribute to ongoing study-related initiatives and investigate new technologies to enhance biomarker programming efficiency and analysis reproducibility, including but not limited to report automation and data processing.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science-related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of practical statistical programming experience in the life sciences, including at least 3 years of recent experience with biomarkers.
  • Proficiency in programming with R and SAS, with a willingness to learn new programming languages.
  • R Programming: Candidates will utilize R to extract biomarker data from data warehouses, thus must possess the ability to code and perform analyses in R.
  • We welcome candidates who are highly skilled in SAS and have less experience in R, or vice versa.
  • Hands-on experience with CDISC standards and datasets (SDTM, ADaM) is essential.
