  • Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient needs and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
  • Implementation: Deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and protocols to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Evaluation: Continuously evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Experience: Minimum nine (9) months of RN experience, with a focus on Med/Surg care.
  • License/Certification: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) required at hire, along with Basic Life Support certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience: Acute care experience, utilizing the nursing process, effective problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Certifications: Med/Surg certification, Progressive Care certification.
