Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Providence Medical Group. As a Clinic RN, you will provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, utilizing the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating patient needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure informed decision-making.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least 18 months of professional nursing experience.
