We are looking for a highly motivated Footwear Sales Expert to join our team at Rack Room Shoes. This is a part-time opportunity that requires excellent sales and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sell and promote merchandise to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Maintain store appearance and organization to create an attractive environment for customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $25,600, based on a 20-hour workweek and an hourly rate of $12.75.
