We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Centerpoint Medical Center. As a Hyperbaric Wound LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Education: Prepare patients for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, educate them on the treatment process, and answer their questions.
- Treatment Administration: Administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy to patients, monitor their responses, and make adjustments as needed to ensure their safety and the safe use of equipment.
- Wound Care: Provide wound care services in the clinic, treating patients who are receiving wound care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including treatment documentation and photo uploads.
- Education and Licensure: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a vocational school graduate degree.
- Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
