Job Title: LPN Wanted

Vista Springs Ravinia Estate is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced LPN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medications, providing wound care, and assisting residents with daily living activities. Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians
  • Provide wound care and dressings as needed
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Participate in care planning and implementation to ensure residents receive high-quality care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of [insert state]
  • At least 1 year of experience as an LPN in a long-term care setting
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
