Children's Wisconsin is a leading health system dedicated to the health and well-being of children. We offer a wide range of services, including primary care, specialty care, urgent care, and emergency care.

This position requires a strong understanding of basic eye anatomy and physiology, as well as ophthalmic tests and procedures. You will work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Knowledge of basic eye anatomy and physiology, as well as ophthalmic tests and procedures.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills necessary to work collaboratively with coworkers, physicians, children, and their families.
  • Physical ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods of time to perform or assist with patient care procedures.
  • The ability to represent the organization and serve consumers in a professional manner and promote a positive image of the organization and its services.
  • Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.

This position is seeking someone who can work eight hour shifts two days per week. The role would require travel to New Berlin, Mequon and Milwaukee locations so candidate must be comfortable going to different locations.
