We are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our National Branch Network team in Consumer and Small Business Banking. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in building relationships with customers and understand their required needs
- Identify opportunities to offer a full range of Wells Fargo retail banking deposit and credit products and services
- Analyze business challenges related to full-service banking experience for emerging affluent and high-value customers
- Present recommendations for resolving customer inquiries and service requests
- Open and service accounts within authorized limits, create plans for follow-up and scheduled contacts with customers
- Provide information to internal partners and external sources to enhance the customer experience
- Identify opportunities to leverage partners and connect customers with the appropriate partner or relationship manager
- Partner with financial advisors to understand customer needs and provide introductions to address their financial goals
- Provide self-service digital banking options to customers
- 2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent
- 1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs or helping with issue resolution
- 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations or recognized equivalents
- State Insurance license(s)
- Customer service focus with experience handling transactions across multiple systems
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of book of business processes to actively manage a group of customers
- Ability to be proactive, innovative, and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs
