  • Oversee the operation and ongoing evolution of our global network and computing platform, including computers, mobile devices, networks, applications, databases and collaboration tools.
  • Ensure that IT projects are managed with clear expectations, detailed plans, and transparency.
  • Develop and oversee relationships with critical IT partners and vendors, promoting 'win-win' synergies that allow BHSI to achieve our business objectives more effectively.

  • Demonstrated aptitude for developing credibility with global business and functional leadership.
  • Proven leadership, people management and organizational development expertise.
  • Experience providing technical and architectural oversight to a complex computing platform.
  • Record of successes as a change agent, a demonstrable history of managing a set of complex and often competing objectives, and clear experience in IT governance, planning, budgeting, and portfolio management.

BHSI offers a competitive compensation and benefits package and exciting growth opportunities for career-oriented teammates.

A dynamic, action-oriented, and values-driven environment centered on always doing the right thing for our customers, teammates and other stakeholders.

A purposely non-bureaucratic organization that embraces simplicity over complexity and emphasizes individual excellence in a team framework.
