Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Coordinator Senior to join our team at Elevance Health. This role will be responsible for processing transactional work in the HR Operations team, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process adjustments and changes for benefits, payroll, and data management.
  • Respond to LOA inquiries, status updates, leave, and payroll inquiries and validations.
  • Perform balancing activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Support system changes and run and analyze reports and queries.
  • Resolve systems processing problems and research and resolve complex transactional inquiries.
  • Participate in project teams and identify process improvement needs.
  • Process department-specific transactional work and serve as a point of contact for compliance inquiries.
Requirements
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations, with mastery of at least one HR Operations discipline and exposure to at least one other.
  • Strongly preferred BA/BS degree.
