Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Unit team. As a critical care nurse, you will provide top-tier medical care to patients in critical conditions, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
  • Conduct patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
  • Administer medications, wound care, and other interventions as needed.
  • Interpret patient information and make critical decisions about needed actions.
  • Coordinate care with healthcare professionals and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Respond to life-saving situations using nursing standards and protocols for treatment.
  • Act as a patient advocate and provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
  • Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams by communicating information and building rapport.
Requirements
  • A current and valid RN license.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in MICU, SICU, PICU, or similar critical care settings.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and patient care skills.
  • Ability to effectively handle stressful situations and high-stress environments.
  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of emergency care.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Proficient in the use of modern medical equipment and technology.
