We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Unit team. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
- Conduct patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Administer medications, wound care, and other interventions as needed.
- Interpret patient information and make critical decisions about needed actions.
- Coordinate care with healthcare professionals and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Respond to life-saving situations and use nursing standards and protocols for treatment.
- Act as a patient advocate and provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
- Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams by communicating information and responding to requests.
- A current and valid RN license.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in MICU, SICU, PICU, or similar critical care settings.
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and patient care skills.
- Ability to effectively handle stressful situations and high-stress environments.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Excellent knowledge of emergency care.
- Proficient in the use of modern medical equipment and technology.
