- Floor Care: Address stains, and perform buffing, polishing, and waxing of floors.
- Sanitize Surfaces: Thoroughly clean and disinfect floors and carpets.
- Prepare Apartments: Assist in getting vacant units ready for new residents.
- Resident Satisfaction: Respond promptly to the needs and requests of residents and guests.
- Emergency Response: Be available to assist during resident emergencies as needed.
- Professional Interaction: Maintain a courteous and professional attitude towards all residents, visitors, and colleagues.
- General Cleaning Duties: Perform routine cleaning tasks in apartments, hallways, and communal areas.
- Waste Management: Responsible for the removal of trash and waste.
