About the Role

Dignity Health's Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC) is a non-profit community clinic organization with over 40 health centers spanning the coast from Ventura to Templeton.

Our experienced physicians and advanced practice providers offer a wide range of primary and specialty care services as part of Dignity Health Central Coast's award-winning network.

Responsibilities

In line with the Pacific Central Coast Health Centers healthcare philosophy, the Care Team Access APP is credentialed with advanced training in primary health care for adult and pediatric patients, including:

  • Taking health history
  • Performing physical examination and psychosocial assessments
  • Managing acute and chronic medical conditions

Provides clinical and administrative support to physicians in the clinic location.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience as a PA

PA State Certification

Advanced training in physical assessment and pharmacology; continuing education in field of practice
