Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts in the Southwest region. As a Southwest Growth Leader, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and other adjacent markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and success in the Southwest region.
  • Lead overall business development initiatives to enhance our water, wastewater, and water resources engineering services for local government clients.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the water team to drive growth and success.
  • Identify new service opportunities and foster relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Business Management.
  • Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in the water sector.
  • Leadership experience in professional organizations such as AWWA or WEF.
  • Established client relationships in the Southwest region.
  • Proficiency in design software used for engineering and design documents.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:

$180,000 - $210,000 + Bonus
