Position Overview:
The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is in search of committed and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver outstanding therapy services to students within educational environments.

Role Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills. They will develop and execute tailored treatment plans based on assessment results and provide therapy services to students both individually and in group formats.

This role requires collaboration with educators, parents, and other school personnel to address students' communication requirements, monitor their progress, and modify treatment plans as needed. Additionally, the candidate will maintain precise and current records of therapy sessions and progress documentation.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
