Position Summary

We are in search of a dedicated and customer-oriented professional to take on the role of Repossession Vendor Manager. This position focuses on managing our LPR vendor relationships, ensuring effective deployment, integration, and ongoing support of our LPR services for our esteemed clientele. Your role will be pivotal in fostering strong partnerships with both customers and vendors, enhancing satisfaction, and driving business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Liaison: Serve as the main contact for our LPR vendors, cultivating and sustaining productive working relationships. Collaborate closely with vendors to facilitate smooth implementation, ongoing assistance, and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Customer Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients by coordinating with LPR vendors for proper integration and configuration of solutions. Provide comprehensive training and support to customers on system utilization and best practices.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a strong advocate for customer interests, ensuring their feedback is integrated within the organization. Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize customer requirements and influence product development accordingly.
  • Issue Management: Proactively identify and resolve any technical or operational challenges faced by customers. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver timely solutions.
  • Product Improvement: Collect and analyze customer feedback regarding their needs and enhancement requests. Partner with LPR vendors and internal product teams to drive ongoing improvements and develop new features that align with customer expectations.
  • Renewals and Growth: Work alongside sales teams to facilitate contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling. Ensure customers recognize the value of our services, promoting retention and expansion.
  • Data Insights: Leverage customer data and analytics to uncover trends and opportunities for optimization. Share insights with vendors and internal teams to enhance product performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the repossession sector.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
  • In-depth knowledge of license plate recognition technology and market vendors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with customers and vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to effectively address issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts and projects concurrently.
  • Self-driven and proactive, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
