Key Responsibilities:

  • Create statistical models to forecast supply chain operational requirements
  • Apply advanced analytics to provide proactive recommendations for achieving operational objectives
  • Collaborate with IT teams to organize supply chain data for comprehensive analysis
  • Implement and scale supply chain solutions such as control towers and inventory management systems
  • Design experiments to measure the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives
  • Guide and mentor Supply Chain Data Science interns and educate other teams on best practices in analytical tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, supply chain management, or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, agile software development, optimization, or predictive modeling
  • 5+ years of expertise in advanced statistical analysis with an emphasis on machine learning techniques
  • Proficiency in statistical programming languages and software such as SAS, SQL, R, Scala, and Python
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure stack, Hadoop, Hive clusters, Apache Spark, and Databricks
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently while influencing stakeholders without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in front-end software development
  • Extensive background in algorithm development focused on supply chain challenges
  • Experience in simulation development related to supply chain processes

Work Schedule: Our flexible/hybrid work arrangement includes a combination of in-person and remote workdays.
