Position Overview

COMPENSATION: The hourly wage for this role is $17.55. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting.

Role Summary

As a key member of our team, you will enhance the dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving meals and beverages, and creating memorable interactions with patrons. Our team members are dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction and are adept at resolving any issues that may arise. By focusing on improving the customer experience, you will develop your leadership abilities and explore new career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver food and beverages to guests based on their orders and/or event menus.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of menu items and available offerings.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of food service areas throughout events.
  • Restock food and beverage supplies as needed.
  • Comply with all alcohol service regulations and safe drinking practices, including verifying guest identification.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs.
  • Disassemble and sanitize food service areas, workstations, and equipment.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and colleagues.
  • Follow Aramark's safety protocols and procedures, including food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Safeguard company assets.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a serving or food service role is preferred.
  • Exemplary customer service skills are essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Familiarity with food safety principles and practices is necessary.
  • Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.

This position may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
