As a Virtual Learning Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting students in their academic journey, providing guidance and resources to help them succeed in an online learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor students' academic performance and engagement, providing support and guidance to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Develop and implement individualized academic plans to support students' learning needs, working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach.
- Provide regular communication with students and parents, keeping them informed of progress and providing support and resources as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a seamless transition for students between online and offline learning environments.
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum and instructional best practices, using this knowledge to inform and improve teaching practices.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Bilingual (preferred).
- Experience working with students, preferably in an online learning environment.
