Key Responsibilities
  • HR Support: Provide responsive and professional support to internal employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, hiring processes, and employment verification.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions at regional Operations meetings to educate employees on HR processes and company benefits, focusing on location-specific issues.
  • Specialized Assignments: Handle specialized tasks involving unemployment claims, leaves of absence, state-specific tax forms, and other HR activities to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Ensure accurate documentation is prepared for new hire transactions and existing employee changes.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with Operations and other functions to identify areas for improvement in HR processes and implement technology-driven solutions.
