Our mission is to improve and expand access to quality mental health care, and we're looking for a highly motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker Clinical Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision to our team of therapists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical social work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide regular weekly one-on-one supervision to selected supervisees
  2. Sign off on their clinical documentation as required
  3. Ensure that their work is within clinical and ethical expectations, as well as company policies
  4. Report any issues that arise with supervisees to the Clinical Director

Requirements

  • Active LCSW license in the state of Idaho for at least 2 years
  • Minimum of 3+ years of full-time clinical experience post-receiving independent clinical license
  • Prompt and effective communicator
  • Comfort with presenting to groups when needed
  • Model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
  • Ability to pass a background check
