Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Certified Medical Assistant or LPN to join our team at Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and supporting our physicians in delivering high-quality medical services.

Responsibilities:

Bring patients to the exam room and take medical histories
Record vital signs and prepare patients for examination
Assist physicians during examinations and follow their instructions to complete patient treatment
Take records of interventions and ensure prescription refills are made and patient medicine reconciliation is completed
Stock rooms with medical supplies and perform administrative duties such as taking and returning calls from patients

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) certification
Two years of healthcare experience preferred
Efficient in the use of standard office equipment, data entry, typing, 10-key skills, and alpha/numerical filing

Work Environment:

Our clinic operates in a professional office environment with regular business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, and paid time off.
