Job Overview

Frankel, a leading CPA firm in Nebraska, seeks a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our audit and compliance team, you will be responsible for managing client engagements, preparing time budgets, and drafting client reports.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring overall success of each assignment
  • Prepare detailed time budgets and consult with supervisors on unusual circumstances
  • Draft client reports with supervision and develop deeper knowledge in technical fields
  • Build strong relationships with client management and peer levels, performing engagement field work procedures
  • Advises and coaches staff accountants on work to be performed, setting an example by demonstrating high energy levels and enthusiasm
  • Works as an effective team member to complete project components and engagement tasks
Requirements
  • Accounting degree and pursuing a CPA
  • 2-3 years' public accounting experience
  • Technical knowledge and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A working knowledge of firm products and services
  • General understanding of market trends
