Job Title: General Sales Manager

Harry Brown's is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new heights. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for motivating, inspiring, and influencing our high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Oversee growth plans for F&I, used, new, and commercial business units.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and quarterly conversations to provide coaching, feedback, and support for continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners to enhance the dealership's reputation and network.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving performance and achieving goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies for improvement.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends, products, and customer preferences.
