Job Description:

  • Provide support and guidance to financial advisors and planners on client-related matters
  • Assist with daily operations, including responding to client inquiries and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and implement solutions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Series 7 license (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $85,000 per year
