We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Site Manager to join our team at Medix®. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for effectively managing day-to-day site activities to optimize site performance and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Planning: Collaborate with Leaders to review and discuss awarded studies, make informed decisions about study conduct, and ensure site readiness for new studies.
- Clinic Operations Management: Lead staff in continued growth and excellent performance, ensure site staff is qualified and trained, and monitor site quality and performance.
- Quality Control: Manage site quality control process, monitor adherence to SOPs, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure compliance.
- Investigator Relationship: Develop strong working relationships with Investigators, ensure Investigator coverage for optimal site visits, and collaborate with Investigators to ensure study success.
- General: Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, promote harmony and professionalism within the workplace, and maintain medical license(s), certifications, etc.
- 5+ years' experience in the Clinical Research Industry
- Supervisory/management experience or demonstrated definitive leadership skills
- Experience with regulatory processes, clinical procedures, sponsor interaction, and human resources preferred
- College or Specialized Degree preferred
