Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Development Associate to support our fundraising and business development efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in arts administration, arts education, or nonprofit administration, and excellent data management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record donations and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Assist in organizing fundraising events and overseeing logistics
  • Research funding sources and identify potential donors
  • Provide administrative support for gift processing and acknowledgements, grants and reporting, and event preparation
  • Manage production schedules and communicate with staff
  • Manage fulfillment processes, including invoicing, packing, and shipping logistics
  • Organize and maintain commissions showroom and storage area, work room, and inventory of glass items and packing supplies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience in arts administration, arts education, or nonprofit administration
  • Fluency in data management software, including a CRM platform and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications, including Word and PPT
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Organization and motivation
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $50,000, generous benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, FSA, professional development opportunities, PTO, and holidays. We also offer trade time in our studios.
