We are seeking a highly skilled Crew Leader - Arborist Operations Manager to join our team at Lewis Tree Service. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearJob Description
  • Responsibility for daily production requirements of assigned crews.
  • Provides General Foreman or other designee with accurate payroll and revenue information of assigned crews.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency in the positive enforcement of the company's and customer's policies, procedures, and daily work requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience as a Crew Leader, or equivalent, and will possess excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and will be committed to delivering exceptional results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years' experience as a Crew Leader, or equivalent.
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with general public, customers, fellow employees, supervisors and corporate personnel.
  • Must have met all qualifications of a Crew Leader.
  • Must be well groomed and professionally dressed.
