Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Job Description

This is a supervisory role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of arboriculture and safety protocols. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing crew members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Daily Production Requirements: Responsibility for meeting daily production requirements and achieving high-quality results.
  • Payroll and Revenue Management: Provides accurate payroll and revenue information to support business decisions.
  • Company Policies and Procedures: Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency in enforcing company policies and procedures, ensuring safe and efficient work practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of two years' experience as an Arborist Crew Leader or equivalent. You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of arboriculture and safety protocols. A valid driver's license and ability to obtain necessary certifications are also required.

  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage crew members and interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Arboriculture Knowledge: Deep understanding of arboriculture principles and practices, including tree pruning, removal, and care.
  • Safety Protocols: Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA and ANSI standards.
