Are you a seasoned Logistics Operations Supervisor with a successful history in warehouse oversight, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a comprehensive grasp of inventory management and logistics? We are looking for a proactive individual to manage the effective functioning of our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in refining processes, ensuring inventory precision, and upholding a secure and organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Lead and inspire a workforce of 30-50 employees, with potential for expansion.
  • Enhance inventory management and logistics workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, maintaining a secure working environment.
  • Initiate process enhancements and implement effective, standardized practices.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support facility growth.
  • Establish and uphold efficient processes to maximize operational productivity.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to guarantee accuracy and reduce stock shortages.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to elevate the skills and knowledge of warehouse personnel.
  • Set performance benchmarks and evaluate the performance of warehouse staff.
  • Perform regular audits to verify inventory counts and swiftly address discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory levels and minimize surplus stock.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), particularly EpiCore.
  • Experience in fast-paced settings, ideally within the steel, fiberglass, automotive, or aerial lift sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
