Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Suppliers, Program Management, Sustaining Engineering, and Quality teams for OEM assistance
  • Engage directly with clients, including seat manufacturers, monument suppliers, airlines, and OEM personnel
  • Lead the OEM support team, escalate issues as necessary, and maintain a strong customer-centric approach
  • Participate in support discussions and meetings, ensure the accuracy of documentation, and align with OEM applications
  • Offer guidance and training to team members, manage work schedules, and address performance-related matters
  • Communicate policies, assess performance, and work closely with Executives and Managers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in OEM Operations or Technical Support
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, familiarity with OEM processes, and customer service experience
  • Expertise in avionics/electrical skills and technical documentation
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and meticulous attention to detail in documentation
  • Experience in IFE/avionics/airline operations
