Senior Product Leader, US TikTok Shop User Growth

We are seeking a senior product leader to join our US TikTok Shop User Growth team. This team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention of billions of users/customers worldwide. As a senior product leader, you will be responsible for leading one of the directions in the TikTok Shop user acquisition team for the US market, including team management, roadmap planning, OKR setting, competitor research, gameplay feature, and incentive or traffic growth strategy development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive user growth and engagement on TikTok Shop in the US market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to develop and deploy new features and experiences that meet user needs and drive business results.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions and optimize user growth strategies.
- Work with the Strategy Planning team to set goals and objectives for user growth and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce or Product in a technology company.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing incentive and subsidy strategies to onboard new customers to a marketplace.
- 5+ years of experience focused on commerce ecosystems, preferably in user growth, promotional tools, user experiences, and more.
- 3+ years of experience managing product teams.
- Strategic and logical thinker with adequate planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Capable of in-depth data interpretation and highly data-sensitive.
- Passionate about understanding user demands with different cultural backgrounds and excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally in a globally collaborative environment.
