Position Overview
The Evening Clinical Team Leader for Mobile Crisis Intervention on Cape Cod plays a crucial role in delivering direct assessment and consultation services to individuals in crisis, including both children and adults.

Key Responsibilities
As a supervisor in an Urgent Care Center, you will:
  • Conduct on-site assessments and provide support, as well as mobile assessments at clients' homes, schools, or agencies.
  • Collaborate with an integrated urgent care and emergency support services network, ensuring effective communication with clients, families, law enforcement, community partners, and the mobile crisis team.
  • Complete thorough assessments and treatment plans for individuals in crisis, prioritizing their safety and needs.
  • Assist individuals in crisis with engagement or re-engagement in necessary services, utilizing community-based health, behavioral health, and social services.
  • Offer brief treatment and support until appropriate community services can be accessed, minimizing reliance on acute inpatient care.
  • Supervise evening staff, interns, and support personnel, including sharing administrative on-call responsibilities, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Document all assessments and interventions in accordance with program and organizational standards.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or another qualifying behavioral health credential.
  • A minimum of two years of experience providing services to adults with mental health challenges.
  • The ability to navigate stairs and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as the physical capacity to assist individuals with mobility impairments.
  • A valid driver's license issued by the state and access to a reliable personal vehicle for work-related travel.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with a pay differential available for fluency in essential languages.
