Job Overview:
Aerospace Quality Assurance Specialist responsible for executing key initiatives within the supplier quality organization. The role requires a strong understanding of various engineering processes, standard drawings conventions, and interpreting drawing specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct supplier audits following various standards to assess manufacturing and quality processes.
• Lead MRB activities to achieve optimal disposition of non-conforming material and implement corrective actions.
• Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions.
• Promote continuous improvement using Lean, Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke, and PFMEA techniques.

Required Skills:
• 8+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9100 and AS9100 Quality Management Systems Processes.
• Knowledge of FAA, EAR, and ITAR standards and regulations.

Benefits:
Full-time position with a competitive salary range of $70,000-$105,000.
Benefits include 12 days paid vacation, 10 days paid sick time, 11 paid holidays, and comprehensive healthcare insurance.
