SRC, Inc. is on the lookout for a Senior RF Systems Engineer to contribute to the modeling and simulation of radar and weapon systems for the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in threat modeling and simulation, with a keen interest in enhancing capabilities for threat simulation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute modeling, simulation, static analysis, and dynamic analysis of RF systems.
  • Create comprehensive technical reports and presentations tailored for clients.
  • Support program management and business development efforts, including proposal drafting and client engagement.
  • Propose innovative, detailed, and feasible solutions aligned with organizational strategic goals.
  • Establish and nurture client relationships.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
  • An active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience with C, C++, MATLAB, Python, and/or Simulink.
  • Understanding of electromagnetic propagation principles.
  • Experience in writing technical reports, organization, and integration.
  • Leadership experience in project management within the defense sector.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Integrated Technical Evaluation and Analysis of Multiple Sources (ITEAMS).
  • Master's degree in engineering or computer science.
