Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Administrator to provide construction administration services for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems designed by our team for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with owners, contractors, architects, and regulatory agencies to ensure project progress and compliance.
  • Keep project managers and engineers informed on project progress and site conditions.
  • Perform onsite observation of construction progress and develop periodic reports.
  • Assist project engineers with problem-solving and construction-related issues.
  • Utilize basic calculations to resolve construction-related issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum of high school or GED diploma; technical or construction-related education preferred.
  • Knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical trades is a plus.
  • Ability to travel and work at different job sites.
