Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management: Assist bartenders with stock management tasks, including changing kegs, cleaning and restocking glassware, and maintaining beer coolers and liquor shelves.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by retrieving drinks for bartenders, clearing empty bottles and glasses, and preparing garnishes.
  • Point of Sale Support: Assist with opening and closing tabs, and have a working knowledge of point of sale software.
  • Security Support: Monitor the crowd for any signs of unruly behavior and alert the bouncer as needed.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with bartenders and other team members to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

  • Physical Strength: Ability to lift kegs and be on your feet for long periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate stock management and customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively work with bartenders and other team members.
