Job Overview

Position Type: Full-time Hourly Role with a pay range of $17.00-$20.00 DOE, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.

Location: Santa Fe, NM, primarily operating from our esteemed Eldorado Hotel & Spa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Facilities Manager/Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor and professionalism when interacting with guests, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Address work orders promptly and carry out routine maintenance tasks across the facilities.
  • Follow the preventative maintenance schedule to keep all equipment in optimal condition.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify any safety hazards or operational issues.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including basic electrical work, plumbing, painting, drywall repairs, tiling, and landscaping as required.
  • Execute repairs on various structures such as floors, sinks, showers, walls, windows, carpets, roofs, locks, and drains.
  • Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations in every aspect of work.
  • Potentially oversee the maintenance of pools, spas, and hot tubs.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned that align with the role's functions.

Qualifications:

  • Physical demands may include frequent walking, standing, climbing, lifting, stooping, or carrying equipment and materials in various environments.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work in diverse conditions, including exposure to varying temperatures and mechanical operations.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A valid, unrestricted driver's license is required, along with the ability to maintain group insurance.
