Job Summary:

The Optimization Manager plays a pivotal role in driving process improvements across various functional areas, including Inventory, Purchasing, Logistics, Distribution, and Fulfillment Centers. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and obtain data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Travel to conduct on-site optimization analysis and provide expert guidance to teams.
  • Lead and manage a team of professional employees, providing guidance and support to ensure success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use hard data and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong critical listening skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
